Bluma was built around a simple observation.
Growing businesses don’t need more disconnected marketing. They need a system.
01Why Bluma
Latino founders built remarkable businesses. Their growth systems didn’t keep up.
Across the U.S., Latino entrepreneurs have built service companies that sell, deliver and earn a strong reputation, mostly through hard work, relationships and referrals.
That model takes a business far. It also has a ceiling. When growth depends on the owner’s network and time, every new opportunity competes with running the company. Marketing gets added piece by piece: a website, some ads, a CRM, social media. Each piece may work, but they rarely work together.
Bluma exists to change that: to help these businesses understand what limits their growth, design the right strategy, and connect marketing, acquisition, technology and data into one measurable system.
02What we believe
How we think about growth.
- Strategy before tacticsWe understand the business before recommending marketing.
- Systems over effortGrowth should come from a system the team can run, not from the owner working more hours.
- Evidence over claimsWe measure what we do and show our work. We don’t promise results we can’t support.
- Understand the founder, build for the marketWe know where Latino founders come from. We build for the American customers they serve.
- Scope that fits the stageWhen the budget is smaller, the scope gets smaller. The quality doesn’t.

03The person behind Bluma
Nicolás Alarcón
Founder & Growth Strategist
Nicolás has spent more than five years leading marketing on the B2B and technology side: demand generation, content, brand, CRM, webinars, websites and partner programs, working with U.S. and Latin American markets.
That work taught him that the results come from connecting the pieces, not from adding more of them. He founded Bluma to bring that systems approach to Latino-owned service businesses in the U.S., and he is personally accountable for every engagement and every piece of content Bluma publishes.
