This policy explains what information Bluma collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the forms and tools on it, including the Growth Assessment.

1. Who we are

Bluma provides growth strategy and growth systems for service businesses in the United States. In this policy, “Bluma”, “we” and “us” refer to Bluma. To reach us about privacy, use our contact form and mention “Privacy” in your message.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form or the Growth Assessment, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Contact details: first and last name, email, phone number
  • Business details: company name, website, industry, location, team size, revenue range, years operating, your role
  • Information about how your business grows: acquisition channels, reliance on referrals, marketing investment, tools such as a CRM, challenges, goals and timeline
  • Assessment answers and the scores generated from them
  • Anything you write in a message field

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, the page you came from, campaign parameters in the link (for example UTM tags), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type. We use this to understand which content and channels bring people to Bluma.

  • To respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, to schedule and prepare a strategy call
  • To generate your Growth Assessment results and recommendations
  • To understand whether and how Bluma can help your business
  • To send you relevant follow-up and, where you have agreed, updates and content you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • To measure and improve the website, our content and our marketing
  • To produce aggregated, anonymized research about service businesses. We never publish information that identifies you or your company without your permission
  • To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations

4. Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and our business, under their own privacy and security commitments:

  • WordPress.com / Automattic: website hosting, site statistics and spam protection (Akismet)
  • Brevo: storage of contact and form information (CRM) and email communications
  • Google Fonts: delivery of the fonts used on this site
  • Analytics tools we may enable to measure site performance, such as Google Analytics, which we will list here before activating

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage that are needed for the site to work, and to remember where a visit came from so we can attribute inquiries to the right channel. Where analytics or advertising cookies are used, we will describe them here and ask for consent where required.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact and assessment information for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each email. Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. To make a request, contact us through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools that store it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
